The AT85 tape is a robust, black, non-adhesive polythene electrical tape that self-amalgamates and features an easily removable interleave for straightforward application. Ideal for insulating terminations and joints in materials such as butyl rubber, PVC, polyethylene, EPR, and oil-based rubbers on power cables rated up to 35 kV, it also excels in applications demanding high dielectric strength. Withstanding temperatures from -35∞C to +130∞C, AT85 is suitable for environments with extreme temperature variations. Designed by Advance Tapes for high performance in adverse conditions, it offers excellent resistance to water, ozone, UV, and chemicals, including alkalis, hydraulic fluids, and vegetable oils.
